Mikalai Dziadok Held In Solitary Confinement For Two Months

Political prisoner Mikalai Dziadok has been in solitary confinement in prison #1 in Hrodna for two months. The Telegram channel “Mikola Dziadok” writes about this.

In addition, as the channel writes, the political prisoner has been serving his sentence in solitary confinement for over a year.

Mikalai Dziadok is regularly placed in solitary confinement in prison; in the summer of 2022, he spent 44 days there.

On November 10, 2021, the Minsk City Court sentenced Dziadok to five years in a general regime colony. The judge found Mikalai Dziadok guilty under three articles: “calls for actions against the national security of Belarus” (Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code), “participation in a gross violation of order” (Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code) and “illegal actions in relation to flammable substances” (Part 1 of Article 295-3).
