Belarus Introduces Shocking Changes To Loans

Banks are introducing innovations concerning loans. For example, Belgazprombank's consumer loan rates have exceeded the 20% mark, reports "Mirror".

"Priorbank" on December 3 will suspend the ability to make payments by details and transfer money from credit cards to other "plastic" - both their own and other people's. "The fee for cash withdrawals from credit cards in ATMs and cash desks of Priorbank will be 3% (minimum - Br5)," reports the financial institution.

Belgazprombank has increased the rate on consumer loan "Energichny" by 3.8 percentage points - up to 22.9% per annum, writes Myfin.by. Prior to that, rates above 20% on such loans were raised by "Statusbank," "MTBank," "Paritetbank" and "Bank Decision.

Bank RRB reduced the maximum term of consumer loan "Rodnya Rechy" for the purchase of domestically produced goods from four to three years.
