Zelensky Named The Only Way To End The War

U.S. President Donald Trump needs to show courage.

The only way to stop hostilities in Ukraine is to present clear security guarantees for a start. In particular, from the United States.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this, according to Sky News.

He said stopping the war can only happen if US President Donald Trump shows courage.

Zelensky expressed hope that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will discuss with him in detail during Trump's visit to secure Ukraine's future.

"I really hope that he (Starmer - ed.) will be able to have a very concrete discussion about security guarantees from the United States for Ukraine," Zelensky said.

The head of state emphasized that there should be a concrete document even before the war ends.

"Before we end the war, I really want all the agreements to be concluded. I want ... to have a document that will be supported by the United States and all European partners. This is very important. For this to happen, we need a clear position of President Trump," Zelensky said.

In addition, he believes Trump can provide Ukraine with air defense systems in the necessary quantity, as "the US has enough of them."
