Alexander Lukashenko threatened to send Belarusian officials to military training camps during a working trip to the Vitebsk Region on Thursday, October 15.
The dictator asked the officials about the development strategy for the northern districts of the region: Miorsky, Verkhnedvinsky, Rossonsky, and Braslavsky. The responses from the officials—including Vitebsk Region Governor Alexander Rogozhnik and Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Shuleiko—did not satisfy the usurper.
“Why is he (Nikolai Vorobey, founder of the ‘Krasny Bor Agro’ agricultural production site. – Ed.) working, while others aren’t? If anyone fails to carry out what I’ve just said, they’ll have to answer to Khrenin (Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin. – Ed.), he’s waiting. Led by the governor—keep that in mind (addressing Alexander Rogozhnik, chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. —Ed.),” the dictator declared.
Lukashenko suggested that the head of the ruler’s administration Dmitry Krutoy, who will command the battalion, might also attend the training camp.
“Therefore, there can be no discussion. There must be military discipline here—the strictest possible,” emphasized the Belarusian leader.
