Ukrainian Armed Forces Attack On Moscow: Skyscrapers Housing Russian Ministries' Offices Evacuated

All airports in the Russian capital are closed.

In Moscow, amid a Ukrainian drone attack, the evacuation of visitors to the “IQ-Quarter” complex began; the complex houses the offices of three Russian government agencies: the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media; the Ministry of Economic Development; and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This is being reported by Russian media outlets and social media pages, which are sharing photos and videos of the evacuation. In one of the videos, an announcement can be heard on the complex’s premises stating that the building is being evacuated due to a drone attack.

Other videos and photos show a crowd of people gathered near the skyscraper.

Earlier, Moscow announced the “Kover” plan and closed all four of the capital’s airports due to a massive drone attack. At least 250 flights were canceled. In particular, Sheremetyevo Airport confirmed the urgent evacuation of passengers and reported that access to the secure areas of all terminals had been restricted on an emergency basis.

Russian social media accounts are reporting active air defense operations, and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claims that at least 17 drones were allegedly shot down as they approached the capital.
