The Ukrainian Armed Forces Are Successfully Bypassing Russia's Air Defense Systems

The defense forces have disabled facilities belonging to the enemy's military-industrial complex.
The "Proton-Elektrotex" plant in Orel was struck by Storm Shadow missiles, while the "Tolyattikauchuk" plant was likely struck by drones. Such strikes indicate that the Ukrainian Defense Forces are successfully bypassing the Russian Federation’s air defense systems.
This was reported by stated military analyst Denis Popovich on Radio NV.
He emphasized that both facilities produce components for the missiles being used to strike Ukraine. Specifically, the targeted “Tolyattikauchuk” plant produced components for solid-fuel missiles, namely ballistic missiles.
“In other words, the production chains are being targeted—that is, the entities involved in the production of ballistic missiles that are striking Ukrainian territory,” the analyst noted.
Popovich also emphasized that the “Proton-Elektrotex” plant in the city of Orel was struck by Storm Shadow missiles.
“The damage there is very severe. Obviously, this plant won’t be operational for a long time,” he said.
The expert added that Storm Shadow cruise missiles are high-tech, making them difficult to shoot down.
“It’s clear that our British partners have provided us with a certain batch of these missiles. There had been talk that the British would supply us with a new batch. As for Togliatti—that was clearly a drone attack. We very rarely launch missile strikes at such distances.
I think this strike was carried out specifically by drones. “Overall, this demonstrates the weakness of the enemy’s air defense, as well as our ability to bypass enemy air defense systems and the areas they cover,” the military analyst explained.
