Ukrainian Marines Of The 37th Brigade Repelled The Largest Attack Since The Beginning Of The Year

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have repulsed the occupants' largest-scale assault on the Oleksandrivka direction since the beginning of the year. The situation is fully stabilized, the enemy suffered significant losses in equipment and manpower.

Official Telegram-channel of the 37th separate Ukrainian Marine Brigade reports that on the morning of March 28, 2026, the enemy attempted a large-scale offensive in the brigade's operational strip. The Russians drew heavy armored vehicles and a significant number of infantry for the assault.

The military said it was the most powerful attack on this section of the front in recent months.

"Thanks to the coordinated actions of our units, as of 14:00 the situation has been completely stabilized, the attempts of the enemy's assault actions have been stopped," the brigade said.

According to the results of the confrontation, the Ukrainian defenders inflicted tangible losses on the enemy.

In particular, irrecoverable losses of personnel amounted to 27 people, one more occupant was wounded.

"Only for the first half of the current day losses of personnel and equipment of the enemy exceeded the total figures of the previous three days of fighting," - specified in the unit.

A unit of tank equipment, two ATVs and two motorcycles of the invaders were also destroyed and hit.
