"It Will Begin In The Fall"

A Z-blogger urged Russians to stock up on matches and potatoes.

Well-known Russian Z-blogger Evgeny Golman expects a famine in Russia as early as this fall. He advises his compatriots to stock up on essential goods right now, before it’s too late.

“The country (is coming to an end)…, so stock up on buckwheat and oil. You see what’s happening in Irkutsk: there’s no diesel fuel, no planting season. Did you also see the Economy Minister’s speech in Yakutia? It was just (horrible)! But here we’re having a party, so, guys, let’s stock up: salt, matches, canned meat. Let’s get ready for fall. I told you back in the spring: dig up potatoes, because that’s all we’ll be eating—fried, boiled, in their skins, country-style,” the propagandist declared.

He blamed the Russian authorities for what happened, suspecting them of working for the West.

“These are the consequences of what they’re feeding us… Guys, no one’s going to go to war! (…) It’s a setup. I can’t call it anything else. I’m ashamed that government officials are passing themselves off as Russian heroes and claiming that everything is (wonderful). Not everything! Stop (lying)!” Golman demanded.
