Strikes On Both Sides Of The Bridge: Zelenskyy Reveals The Consequences Of The Attack On Crimea

The occupiers' maritime logistics have been disrupted.

Ukrainian forces carried out strikes against a number of key targets near the Crimean Bridge and within occupied Crimea, targeting the enemy’s logistics and air defense systems.

This was reported by Charter97.org, citing a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram.

According to him, the operation was a response to Russian attacks against the Ukrainian population. Units from the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Main Intelligence Directorate, and the Special Operations Forces were involved in carrying it out.

The President of Ukraine noted that strikes were carried out against the occupiers’ military logistics, oil industry, and air defense facilities located approximately 300 km from the front line.

“Targets on both sides of the Crimean Bridge were struck: maritime logistics facilities for oil transportation in the Krasnodar region and an oil depot in the temporarily occupied city of Kerch,” the President of Ukraine said.

In addition, according to Zelenskyy, enemy military logistics facilities, four radar stations that are part of the S-400 air defense missile systems, and two “Pantsir” systems were successfully struck.

“I am grateful to all our soldiers for their accuracy and professionalism. Russia understands only force, and our long-range capabilities are definitely working for peace,” he concluded.

Details from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provided further details on the results of the nighttime attack by Ukrainian forces.

Specifically, on the night of June 21, the “TES-Terminal-1” oil terminal in Kerch was struck. A fire was reported on the facility’s grounds.

The General Staff noted that the terminal is one of the key centers for the transshipment and storage of fuel and lubricants in Crimea and is used to meet the needs of the Russian occupation forces.

The “Kavkaz” port in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation was also struck. According to military sources, a fire broke out on the port’s premises.

The “Kavkaz” port is an important logistics hub that provides maritime connectivity between the Krasnodar Krai and the temporarily occupied Crimea and is used to supply Russian troops.
