A Fire Broke Out Near The Mozyr Oil Refinery

Satellite images have been released.

On June 20, the FIRMS fire monitoring service detected a fire in the area of the control room at the “Mozyr” production station, which is located near the Mozyr Oil Refinery, as noted by "Flagstok".

According to recent satellite images, the fire was located west of the “Druzhba” oil pipeline pumping station. Forest land near the strategic facility was on fire.

No official information about this incident has been published.

The thermal signatures observed directly on the territory of the Mozyr Oil Refinery are associated with the normal operation of process units and do not indicate a fire at the plant.
