Zelenskyy said that they had stopped working.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on reports that repeaters located in Belarus—which were used to coordinate drone strikes on Ukrainian territory—had been shut down. The press secretary of the Russian dictator referred all questions on this topic to the Belarusian regime.
“As for the relay stations, I do not have that information. The operation of the relay stations falls under the jurisdiction of the relevant agencies. I think you should direct your questions on this matter not to Zelenskyy in Kyiv, but rather to Minsk. They will answer you there,” Peskov said, according to TASS.
As a reminder, Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday, June 19, demanded that the Lukashenko regime remove, within a week, the drone relay stations located in Belarus’s border regions, which Russia uses to coordinate attacks on Ukrainian territory.
“Can he take them down? I think a week will be enough for him to do that. If he doesn’t, we will,” Zelenskyy said.
Yesterday, June 24, Zelenskyy stated that the relay stations had stopped working.
