"Flamingo" Struck A Blow Against One Of The Key Enterprises In Russia's Military-industrial Complex

The only factory producing launchers for the Iskander-M system has been hit.
On the night of Saturday, June 27, Ukrainian “Flamingo” missiles struck JSC “Federal Scientific and Production Center "Titan-Barricades" in Volgograd. Five missiles were used in the attack.
The plant targeted by the Ukrainian missiles is one of the key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex. This was stated by Sergey Sternenko, an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense.
He noted that “Titan-Barrikady,” in particular, manufactures:
launchers for the “Yars” and “Topol-M” strategic missile systems;
launchers for the “Iskander-M” tactical ballistic missile system;
artillery units and gun barrels for the “Msta-S” self-propelled artillery system.
Five FP-5 “Flamingo” missiles were used in the attack on the plant, at least three of which hit their targets.
The attack was confirmed by Denis Shtilerman, co-owner of FirePonit, the company that manufactures the “Flamingo” missiles.
“Volgograd is welcoming the seasonal migration of flamingos from Ukraine. To be continued,” he wrote on social media platform X, posting a video of the missile launch.
Osint Dnipro Osint (Garbuz), based on open-source information, determined that, according to preliminary data, three facilities on the plant’s grounds were hit. These include Shop No. 2, the production building of Shop No. 38, and a shop of unknown purpose.

According to open-source data, this is the only plant producing launchers for the “Iskander-M” system, making it critically important to the Russian military-industrial complex.

The governor of the Volgograd Region Andrey Bocharov reported that production facilities at one of the enterprises in the Krasnooktyabrsky District were damaged.
