Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that today Ukrainian “long-range sanctions” struck again at Dubna space communications center in the Moscow Region of the Russian Federation.
Zelenskyy emphasized that this is a specialized satellite communications facility used by the enemy, in particular, for reconnaissance and to coordinate the actions of Russia’s occupying forces in Ukraine.
“This facility is more than 500 kilometers from our state border,” the president emphasized.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had recently struck four such Russian centers—not only in the Moscow region but also in the Vladimir region.
“We are implementing our plan for long-range sanctions step by step and making it as difficult as possible for the aggressor state to conduct invasion operations against Ukraine and occupy our territories,” he emphasized.
The Ukrainian leader added that corresponding actions are being prepared against other similar facilities belonging to the aggressors.
Earlier, on June 30, the mayor of Moscow, the capital of the aggressor state, the Russian Federation Sergey Sobyanin, reported a massive drone attack that began around 4 a.m. He claimed that air defense forces had already shot down about 50 UAVs.
