“It is a great honor for me to be here. I do not consider this an achievement—it is a great responsibility, and I am deeply aware of that responsibility. I will do everything in my power to live up to the expectations of the Moldovan people. I hope to get to work as soon as possible to improve the lives of citizens,” Tofan said.
The candidate for prime minister outlined several key areas of his future work. These include restoring and strengthening public trust, developing the economy, improving public administration, and supporting entrepreneurship.
“I’m a team player, and I’m here to build strong teams together. All honest, courageous, and hardworking people will find an ally in me. Everything we do, we do to bring Moldova into the EU as quickly as possible,” he emphasized.
