An FPV drone destroyed the "Night Hunter."
In Russia’s Belgorod Region, a Ukrainian FPV drone destroyed a Russian Mi-28 attack helicopter. The incident occurred today, July 15, at around 11:00 a.m. Minsk time, near the village of Vyazovoye.
This was reported by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces Robert Brovdi (“Madyar”).
The successful attack on the enemy aircraft was carried out by operators of the 427th Separate “Rarog” Brigade, part of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF). According to “Madyar,” the Mi-28 helicopter, known as the “Night Hunter,” was shot down while flying over the Belgorod Region.
Telegram monitoring channels report that a Russian Mi-28 helicopter was shot down by an FPV drone.
Earlier, the website Charter97.org reported that new footage had been released of the destruction of Russian Mi-28 and Mi-17 helicopters behind enemy lines.
