Russian Director Shakhnazarov Called For Peace With Ukraine On Solovyov's Show

On the one hand, we must certainly destroy the forces that are provoking this war. But that must be done at the right time! On the other hand, we need to find compromises with the enemy. We need to talk about that, too! We must acknowledge that Ukrainians are a distinct people, that they have their own interests, and that we need to offer them something… We must find a way out of this situation. “I understand that my thoughts may not be very popular,” Shakhnazorov said.

He also began to argue that the current “level of confrontation” is allegedly very beneficial to Europe and the U.S.
