Zelenskyy Explained What Position He Had Offered Fedorov

The media are reporting that Ukraine's former defense minister will step down.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he had offered former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov the position of Deputy Prime Minister for Military Innovation.

Zelenskyy made this announcement on Thursday, July 23, during a press conference with Irish Prime Minister Míchel Martin, who is currently visiting Kyiv, according to "RBC-Ukraine".

"I offered him [Fedorov] several positions. The latest position is Deputy Prime Minister for Military Innovation. It is very important to coordinate with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, with the leadership of our army, and, of course, with the President of Ukraine. We must do this every day,” Zelenskyy said.

Earlier, sources NV close to Mikhail Fedorov reported that he plans to decline any position that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy might offer him, with the exception of the post of defense minister.
