The spokesperson for the “Coordination Council,” Anzhelika Melnikova, who lived in Poland and disappeared over a year ago with 150,000 euros, had traveled to Belarus as early as 2022.
This was reported by “Cyber Partisans.”

However, according to “Cyberpartisans,” Anzhelika occasionally visited Belarus. Her last visit was on January 14, 2022.
In 2022, after moving to Warsaw, she joined the People’s Anti-Crisis Administration (NAU), which is headed by Pavel Latushko. She later became the head of the so-called “Coordinating Council,” created by Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. “Nasha Niva” referred to Angelika Melnikova as “Pavel Latushko’s right-hand woman at the helm of this organization.”
Additionally, “Cyberpartisans” report that Melnikova turned out to be an agent of the Belarusian KGB and lives in Minsk with her children. She has a cover passport.
As a reminder, spokesperson Anzhelika Melnikova disappeared on March 25, 2025, along with the 150,000 euros allocated for the “coordinating council’s” work. Subsequently, investigative journalists reported on her contacts with Belarusian intelligence agents and her trips to Cuba, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.
