Russian Propagandists Directed "Flamingo" To A Factory In Volgograd

A detailed report on the factory aired on RosTV.

The “Volgograd TV” channel six days before Ukraine’s “Flamingo” missile strike provided a detailed look at the “Titan-Barrikady” plant, thereby assisting the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stated the International Intelligence Community InformNapalm. Russian journalists received special thanks for their detailed report on the enterprise, which serves Russia’s economy and military.

On June 21, 2026, the regional channel “Volgograd TV” aired a segment about “Titan-Barricades” and its chief designer, Igor Kovshov, according to the investigators’ Telegram channel. The camera toured the plant’s workshops, showing viewers where key equipment is located and what the factory produces. Among other things, the footage included the assembly shop where oil and gas extraction units are manufactured. The investigators thanked the TV channel’s staff and its director Artem Yamshchikov, as their report contributed to the successful “Flamingo” missile strike that took place on June 27.

In the one-minute report published on the InformNapalm channel, viewers can see the chief designer and the production facilities of “Titan-Barrikady.” Meanwhile, the Volgograd TV channel’s website emphasizes that the video captures special facilities that were kept “hidden from prying eyes.”

“Attention! Important! We would like to express our gratitude to the Russian regional channel GTRK “Volgograd-TRV” and its editor-in-chief, Artem Yamshchikov! This report provided a wealth of interesting information about the company’s current operations. The SOU liked this work so much that on June 27 they decided to visit the plant in person without delay using the FP-5 “Flamingo,” the investigators’ statement reads.

The Ukrainians’ statement also jokingly notes that the “Volgograd TV” team deserves commemorative awards from Ukraine, made from the “debris of the Titan-Barricades enterprise.”

It should be noted that on the afternoon of July 1, satellite images of the “Titan-Barricades” plant site following the explosions and the “Flamingo” missile strike on June 27 appeared on the Exilnova+ channel. It is evident that one of the plant’s workshops has been completely destroyed.
