A New Training Center Affiliated With The Union Of Poles In Belarus Is Opening In Volkovysk

A new learning center affiliated with the Union of Poles in Belarus will open in Volkovysk on September 15, according to former political prisoner Andrei Pochobut.

“The chairman of the Union of Poles in Belarus’ Volkovysk branch Eży Czupreta personally showed me the place where, starting tomorrow, children will be able to learn their native language. Volkovysk is a strategic location for us; in 2022, a Polish school was closed down here”, Pochobut wrote on social media platform X.
