The head of state issued a decree imposing a moratorium on auditing of economic entities. Do you think tax inspection will be liquidated in our country?

Will the Department on Financial Investigations be liquidated? Will auditing board in the form of the State Control Committee be liquidated? Don’t make people laugh. Such institutions exist in every country. They can and must operate in other way than in Belarus, they don’t settle political and clan accounts, respect the right to risk, and are guided by law. They have existed and will exist under any market economy, which will come to Belarus.

A hand of PR-specialist can be noticed in imposing of the moratorium.

It would be a real change if the KGB was renamed, its Soviet roots are cut off and a new corporate culture of the secret services was created. It would be a real change if Stalinist education reforms, initiated by Rubinau, making our country intellectually noncompetitive, were stopped. It would be a real change, if ... But this will be fulfilled by next head of independent Belarus.
