Vaukavysk: observer given no information

Vaukavysk constituency electoral commission #48 refused to show the lists of personnel of the formed precinct commissions to observer Viktar Huliak. They said that these lists would be printed in the local newspaper which would be issued on Saturday.

Viktar Huliak considers it as a restriction of his rights as observer. It looks even stranger if we consider the fact that the local democrats do not participate in the electoral campaign in Vaukavysk and did nominate any candidacies to the precinct commissions.
