Belarusians expressed their opinion on the issue why the dictator hasn’t gone to the Eastern Partnership summit in Prague.

44.7% of Belarusians, who have taken part in the poll on the website of the Charter’97 press-centre, believe that it is a result of actions of Europeans and the opposition. 34.8% think that Lukashenka didn’t really want to go to Prague, and 20.4% are sure that he was attracted by ski trail, and he couldn’t thing of anything else.
