Dollar already costs 3100 rubles in Belarusian exchange offices

The selling rate of cash U.S. dollar has significantly increased in bank currency exchange offices.
As of the morning on November, 18 at least three banks in Belarus have set the selling rate of U.S. dollar to 3.100 rubles, while one bank - 3.101 ruble. The minimum selling rate at the same time amounted to 3,082 rubles per dollar. The maximum rate of purchase of the morning on November, 18 was also 3,082 rubles, BelaPAN reports.
Meanwhile, on the basis of the exchange trading that took place on November, 18 the dollar fell by 5 rubles and amounted to 3,035 rubles.
Russian ruble grew by 0.31 rubles to $ 97.28 Belarusian rubles per one Russian ruble. The Euro exchange rate rose by 22 rubles to 4,123 rubles.
