Military Of Russian 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment Refused To Go To War With Ukraine

The motorized riflemen from Kaliningrad region have learned how the AFU beats the occupants.

Russia was going to send soldiers of the 9th Motorized Rifle Regiment from Kaliningrad Region to the war against Ukraine. However, 58 Russian servicemen, after arriving in Belgorod Region and talking to their "comrades", suddenly refused to fight and expressed a desire to return home.

This was reported by Roman Tsymbaliuk, an UNIAN journalist.

On his page in the social network Facebook he said that the soldiers of the 9th motorized rifle regiment of the military unit 88771 of the 18th motorized rifle division of the Baltic Fleet based in Sovetsk, Kaliningrad region, had earlier arrived in Belgorod region and were preparing to go to war with the Ukrainian army.

However, he said, after talking to other military men who had just returned from Ukraine, they refused to fight and expressed a desire to return home.

"Having spoken to servicemen from another division who had just returned from Ukraine, the contract servicemen suddenly lost their desire to fight. 58 contract servicemen of the 9th regiment refused to head back to Ukraine and wanted to return home to Kaliningrad," Roman Tsymbaliuk stressed.

We remind you that during Russia's war against Ukraine, the number of cases when Russian servicemen refuse to carry out criminal orders has increased. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces earlier said that 300 Russian soldiers had left the battle area in Akhtyrka district of Sumy Region and taken 70 pieces of equipment with them.
