The Belarusian embassy in Vietnam is working on the search for a Belarusian woman missing in Myanmar.

The foreign policy and security agencies of the two countries, as well as apparatuses of the honorary consulates of Belarus in Yangon and Bangkok are involved in the measures.

Belarusian woman was looking for a job abroad. She flew to Bangkok for an interview, but instead of a catwalk the girl was taken to Myanmar and made a slave. First, they allegedly demanded $500 thousand for her body, and later told the relatives that the deceased was cremated. Now the family is allegedly negotiating the return of the ashes to their homeland.
