The AFU Moved Forward And Liberated Territories In The Pokrovsky District

The commander of the Territorial Defense Force revealed the details.

The Ukrainian military liberated 180 square kilometers in Pokrovskyi district and cleared almost 200 square kilometers from Russian sabotage groups. Major General Igor Plakhuta told about it in an interview with "Ukrinform".

"Our units are working in all directions, but most actively - in the most "hot" ones - these are Kupyansky, Toretsky and Novopavlovsky. All directions are difficult, but probably now the most difficult is Pokrovskoye, because it is the direction of the main blow of the enemy, so there are most attempts to carry out assault actions, but the Defense Forces reflect these attempts," he assured.

According to the commander, in this direction now there is a counter-offensive and gradually repel the occupied territories of the enemy.

Platukha added that the situation in these directions remains difficult not only for the units of the Territorial Defense Forces
