But the president of Ukraine has no plans to do so at this time.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may be willing to answer a phone call from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to RBC-Ukraine, this was stated by the Russian dictator’s aide Yuri Ushakov, who is quoted by Russian media.

Ushakov reiterated that Zelenskyy could come to Moscow for talks with Putin.

“He’s sending signals through various sources. He wants to (talk); if he wants to negotiate so much, let him come,” he said.

The Russian dictator’s aide also claims that Putin has allegedly never refused to speak with Zelenskyy, so he will answer a phone call.

“I think he’ll answer, of course. Putin has never once refused to talk,” Ushakov said.

At the same time, the Office of the President of Ukraine stated that Zelenskyy does not yet intend to call Putin.

They noted that key issues regarding the end of the war must be resolved at the leadership level. However, a phone call is not enough to reach an agreement.
