Putin Found An Excuse Why The May 9 Parade Will Be Held Without Equipment

The military parade on May 9 in Moscow will be held without equipment because of the so-called "activity of Kiev". And also because "the year is not an anniversary year."

The spokesman for the Russian dictator Dmitri Peskov said this.
