Ukraine's attacks will intensify with each passing day.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine will intensify its strikes on Russian territory in response to the daily attacks by the Russian Federation. He made these remarks in an interview with TSN.
“Anger and emotions—they are justified. Both for our people and for me. But rage must be followed by something. It cannot be that rage is followed by more rage. They must feel it,” Zelenskyy noted.
According to him, the hostilities must be felt on Russian territory as well, since Russian society has not yet fully felt the consequences of the war. That is precisely why Ukraine is stepping up strikes on facilities supporting Russia’s military infrastructure.
The president also stated that by 2026, Ukraine will be striking Russian territory more aggressively thanks to the development of its defense industry, the Armed Forces, and the production of long-range weapons.
“They strike us every day—we will respond every day. Undoubtedly, our strikes will intensify with each passing day,” he emphasized.
Separately, Zelenskyy reported a strike on a target in Russia’s Tyumen Oblast, noting that the distance to the target was about 2,070 km, while the drones’ flight path was approximately 2,500 km.
According to him, the strike was carried out by new Ukrainian Fire Point drones, which are already demonstrating their ability to operate over long distances.
