The situation on the peninsula occupied by Russia is escalating.
In Crimea and Sevastopol, Russian authorities have declared a “regional state of emergency.” This was announced by the so-called “governor” Mikhail Razvozhayev.
A representative of the occupying authorities explained the measure as necessary to “resolve economic issues”:
“The legal framework of a state of emergency allows us to resolve issues related to the stable functioning of all sectors on which people’s livelihoods depend as quickly as possible”.
As a reminder, on the night of June 26, the Ukrainian military carried out successful strikes against military support vessels located at the “Zatoka” shipyard in temporarily occupied Kerch, as well as against enemy air defense systems in the Kerch Strait area.
It is reported that a line of more than 2,000 vehicles has formed in the direction of the Kerch Bridge.
