The world's No. 1 tennis player, Belarusian tennis star Arina Sobolenko, along with her fiancé Georgios Frangoulis and their dog named Ash, flew into Minsk yesterday.
As she exited the plane, Sobolenko was greeted with a loaf of bread and salt. Folk songs and dances showed that Arina was eagerly awaited in Belarus.
Today, Arina is scheduled to open the tennis courts at the school she attended, located at 11 Kozlova Lane. The event begins at 3:00 p.m.
