The company's key facility in the Volga region was located near landmarks associated with the war.

Ukrainian drones attacked the Samara Region, specifically the Wildberries logistics and sorting center in the town of Novosemeykino. The complex opened just a year ago.

Novosemeykino in the Samara Region was attacked on the morning of Sunday, August 2. This was reported by the Telegram channel Exilenova+.

The Wildberries complex in question, with an area of 178,600 “square meters,” is one of the company’s key hubs in the Volga region and was opened as recently as May 2025.

Footage is circulating online showing thick smoke blanketing the Russian town of Novosemeykino after a warehouse was hit.

Sergey Sternenko, a former advisor to the ex-defense minister and volunteer at , noted that the Russians had painted the Russian Federation flag next to the warehouse, along with symbols representing aggression against Ukraine. The letters “ZV” are visible from space, and that is precisely what attracted the attention of drones.

The Russian Telegram channel ASTRA specifies that the Russian flag and symbols of the Russian invasion are located 450 meters from the WB itself. The “installation” measures approximately 80 by 40 meters.

Meanwhile, the marketplace itself confirmed the attack, referring to the massive fire as a “blaze.”

Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces Robert “Madyar” Brovdi noted that “the main logistics corridor between the European part of the Russian Federation and Siberia has been cut off.” The military official estimated that this was already the tenth, milestone strike against large “wild berry” warehouses, but “certainly not the last.”

Fire Point reported that the attack on a key storage, sorting, and distribution center in Novosemeykino was carried out using an FP-1 UAV.

A map has already appeared online showing the damage to all of Wildberries’ main warehouses.
