"Russian World" Is Losing Out To Gasoline

Dissatisfaction is growing in Russian society over the war against Ukraine.

The war against Ukraine is becoming increasingly unpopular in Russia amid gasoline shortages and the bombed Wildberries warehouses.

A veteran of the so-called “Special Military Operation” and popular Z-blogger Daniil Tulenkov writes candidly about this on his blog, reports Dialog.UA.

He posted a video of a massive line of cars at a gas station on the Perm–Yekaterinburg highway, noting that people there speak very unfavorably of the Russian authorities.

Moreover, according to Z-Patriot, Russians no longer want either war or the occupied Ukrainian territories.

“The level of discontent is, at the very least, becoming palpable… I can say with certainty that it’s not just some random people (Ukrainians—ed.) who are cursing in this line. Who is actually to blame for all this, and who bears responsibility for it all—the people in the hinterlands know exactly and without hesitation… There’s a war going on. And why is it happening? And (what’s the point—ed.) is it happening? And who needs it? And who needs all these annexed territories (the occupied territories—ed.), along with, by the way, those very same people (Ukrainians—ed.) who are (shutting down—ed.) oil refineries, if there’s no gasoline in Kungur and Yekaterinburg? Everyone is asking these—and only these—questions. Because the “Russian World” can’t withstand even basic competition from the most primitive things—gasoline and underwear from WB,” Tulenkov wrote.
