Uladzimir Kobets: “All skeptics are brought to shame. We’ve submitted 122,000 signatures”

The head of Andre Sannikov’s initiative group give a positive estimation of the second stage of the election campaign.

“According to reports of members of the initiative group in regions and in Minsk, more than 122,000 signatures have been submitted to electoral commissions by October 28. 9,000 signatures for Sannikov were collected in the Hrodna region, the same amount was collected in the eastern part of the country. We continue to receive information from regions. The total number will be known by midnight.

Signature collecting will continue on October 29. This is the last day to submit them to electoral commissions. We’ll know the total numbers by the end of the day. We were the first to have submitted more than 100,000 signatures to electoral commissions. I’d like to note that we guarantee the quality of these signatures, we checked them two or three times. Many said signature collecting would be an insuperable task for independent aspirant Sannikov, but all skeptics were brought to shame,” Uladzimir Kobets said.
