Mikalai Autukhovich Given No Parcels Throughout The Year

Relatives of the political prisoner reported this.

Political prisoner Mikalai Autukhovich was not given a single parcel over the past year. His relative told Radio Svaboda about this:

“We sent him a parcel with congratulations and sweets in advance. We hoped that he would receive it for Christmas, but it was already New Year, and the parcel never arrived. It turned out that this parcel was not even collected from the post office. We tried to find out the “reason”. We read on the postal website that he allegedly refused to receive it. But this is not true.”

According to a relative, on December 30, Mikalai made several short phone calls to some of his relatives:

“He congratulated everyone on the upcoming New Year. His voice was cheerful and he said that his health was somewhat normal. As for the parcel, he said that he was allowed one per year, but by that moment he had not received anything: “and I never refuse a parcel.”

On January 7, Mikalai Autukhovich will turn 61 years old.
