The Kremlin mistakenly posted a rough recording of a video of Vladimir Putin's March 8 address to women. The Russian dictator in the video starts coughing, choking, points to his throat and asks to re-record the congratulations.
The video was later removed from all official platforms and media, but it remained on social networks.
