Zelensky Spoke By Phone With Whitcoff And Kushner

The President of Ukraine invited Trump's special envoys to Kyiv.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on his Telegram channel that he had a phone conversation with U.S. President’s Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff and the American leader’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The Ukrainian leader described his conversation with the White House representatives as “detailed and constructive.” During the conversation, the parties discussed the dates of Whitcoff and Kushner’s visit to Ukraine.

“This trip would be very helpful in developing solutions aimed at achieving peace,” Zelenskyy wrote.

He noted that he also briefed his American counterparts on the situation on the battlefield and the airstrikes against Russia.

In conclusion, Zelenskyy thanked Whitcoff and Kushner and noted that the parties would stay in touch to discuss the agenda and determine the most convenient schedule for further communication.
