Возможен ли трибунал над белорусскими политическими преступниками?

Правозащитники заявляют, что внимание белорусского трибунала будет обращено на милиционеров и судей, которые массово сажают под арест политических активистов, а также на чиновников, которые отдавали приказы фальсифицировать результаты выборов.
Возможен и нужен, учитывая наше славное партизанское прошлое.

Ответить1). Возбудить уголовное расследование против диктатора Беларуси А. Лукашенко в Международном уголовном суде – НЕВОЗМОЖНО – ни теоретически, ни практически.
Ответить2). Создать Международный трибунал (в Гааге) над главным преступником Беларуси Александром Лукашенко и его пособниками теоретически возможно, но такое решение вправе принять только Совет Безопасности ООН.
3). Что касается вопроса о возбуждении уголовного расследования (преступлений совершенных на территории Беларуси) в отдельных странах Европы: Бельгии, Германии, Нидерландов и т.д., то это всего лишь фантазии некоторых белорусских правозащитников, так как выше упомянутые страны не обладают юрисдикцией инициирования уголовного преследования против указанных лиц (А. Лукашенко и его пособников). Мне достоверно известно, что вопросом возбуждении уголовного дела против президента Республики Беларусь Александра Лукашенко занимались многие известные европейские адвокаты, в том числе Хеерт Ян Кноопс (Geert-Jan Knoops) – адвокат, которого приглашали для оказания помощи во время рассмотрения судом апелляции бывшего иракского лидера Саддама Хусейна

for using more straight words: Belarus has a massive cultural and social problem,
which does not start with Lukashenko. this man is just the peak of the iceberg.
this majority of people is not visible above the waterline, but they are the greater part
of the problem. the fixation on names of single persons is blinding out this majority of
people is colaborating with the system of Lukashenka. we are talking about several
millions of Belarusians - which are indirect perpetrators. let's talk about their motives
first - and then let's talk about their alibi ... instead of waiting for juridical justice.
no one must wonder, when 60 percent of the Belarusian youth is dreaming of a future
outside their motherland. they feel, that the cultural and social problems will continue,
even when the political system might change. fundamental social and cultural changes
need at least two generations ... and who has the time for to wait so long ??
the system of Lukashenko is criminal, because it steals the future. massive debts are
made to corrupt the indirect perpetrators. who will pay back this money ? and how,
when the economy of the country is ruined ?
Почитал участи некоторых из диктаторов и хочу сказать, что нельзя убивать диктаторов, какими бы зверями они нибыли!!! Это слишком гуманная для них участь. Надо просто сажать их в клетки и водить экскурсии, показывать людям какие они на свете бывают, показывать их преступления. На такие экскурсии бы очень много народу приходило бы, а вырученные средства можно было бы перечислять семьям пострадавших от режима.

it is obvious that disputable linguist Sacha commands numerous henchmen, who's main objective is to make the better but smaller population half's lives miserable, so they remain incapable to group and make an effective oppositional fist.
What are the latter's options? To run and find a better life - and career - as my gorgeous wife did, is one. What about all the others who posess the gift of thinking? What is going on there ? Majority democracy by chance? So was the Weimarer Republik. We all know how that turned out. Fortunately Belarus is not a serious militairy power on the world stage, so the imminent explosion is to be expected inward, being an implosion with uncertain outcome.
If Byelorussia has any future to mention, support by those meanwhile numerous expatriats will be of the essence, in order to prevent another parliamentary chaos and another Sacha as a result.
