The Minsker arrested on July 6 on Bangalore Square in Minsk and sentenced to 10 days’ incarceration, says that after the arrest a law-enforcer in mufti hit him and threatened to “find drugs” in his things.
Anton Rulyou told to Vyasna human rights centre that on July 6 in the evening he was in the park near Bangalore Square, and saw that unknown people in mufti were dragging citizens into a bus (with a number 7077-PH). The guy ran up to them and started to help beating back the attack. After that the guy was dragged into the bus as well.
The arrested were taken to the police department of Savetski district of Minsk. Only there Anton Rulyou saw policemen in mufti. An unknown in mufti came up to him and asked: “By the way, aren’t you a junkie? Be careful for a “hit” not to be found in your things.”
After that an unknown gave Anton Rulyou a slap in the face and stroke him into abdomen. The wronged person didn’t see that man afterwards, but recognized him in one of the news items of ORT, a Russian TV channel, about the events in Belarus.
By the court of Savetski district of Minsk Anton Rulyou was sentenced to 10 days of imprisonment.
