Ukrainian soldier speaks about “gifts” for occupiers.

The Russian occupiers do not abandon their intention to seize Marinka and “cut off” the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As Glavred writes, a Ukrainian border guard officer with the call sign “Lev” spoke about the situation on this sector of the front.

Artillery shelling near Marinka is still going on. Hiding behind mortars, the enemy is trying to storm the positions of the Ukrainian defenders.

Ukrainian troops give a worthy rebuff, do not lose heart and assure that they will survive, because there is simply no other choice.

“We have to withstand. We have no other choice. They are coming from below, they gonna cut Marinka off. We are all waiting, everything is ready. We prepared gifts for them. Artillery doesn’t stop beating us. And our guys fighting them back... and those are firing. They are rushing in under mortar cover,” said the Ukrainian fighter.

Russia launched a new offensive

According to the OSINT community DeepState, the fiercest battles are now taking place in the Svatove, Bakhmut and Avdiivska directions.

The enemy has increased pressure near the village of Orlianka, and fierce battles continue near Raihorodka and Makiivka. The enemy is putting pressure on the Bohdanivka-Khromove area in the Bakhmut outskirts, with partial success. The Russians also became more active near Vasiutivka.

The invaders are trying to approach and gain a foothold near the Krasnohorivka railway. The battle between the village and Avdiivka continues.

The commander of the Eastern Group, General Oleksandr Syrsky, ordered to strengthen maneuver defence tasks in the Kupiansk direction.
