Among the injured were patients at the medical facility, healthcare workers, and residents of nearby homes. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

The strike occurred at approximately 3:20 a.m. The munition struck the passageway between the hospital buildings. The explosion damaged the facade and various departments, and shattered windows. Another medical facility was also damaged, as were a laboratory and windows in ten apartment buildings.
