Trump Was Outraged By Fox News' Coverage Of The Election

The U.S. president stopped watching the preliminary election results on TV.

U.S. President Donald Trump criticized Fox News and its anchor Jessica Tarlov for their coverage of the U.S. midterm elections. He called the journalist “dumb as a cork” and said her voice annoyed him.

He made these remarks on the social media platform Truth Social on the night of Wednesday, October 4.

“I’m watching preliminary election results on Fox News, but I can’t stand Jessica Tarlov’s voice—she’s DUMB AS A ROCK, but it’s that very voice that annoys me. I’ll have to switch channels until this LOSER disappears from the air—I’ll be back later!” Trump wrote.

Later, the U.S. president also stated that Fox News’ ratings had “plummeted” because the network “spends too much time covering the activities of crazy Democrats.”

“Fox News’ ratings have plummeted (by 27%!) because they spend too much time covering the activities of crazy Democrats who hate Trump! All those people who used to watch Fox but have now stopped understand this. The problem lies with them, not with me—my numbers are better than ever.

A new CNN poll showed that “Trump’s” approval rating among Republicans is 99%, and 53% among Republican presidents (compared to 18% for Ronald Reagan and 8% for Abraham Lincoln)! “Fox knows this, just like everyone else!” Trump declared.
