Earthquakes were recorded one after another.

This morning, June 22, four earthquakes were recorded in the occupied Crimea region. Their epicenters were in the Black Sea.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the press service of the Main Center for Special Control.

What is known about the earthquakes

According to experts, the first earthquake was recorded at 05:09. Its magnitude was 3.7, and the epicenter was located in the Black Sea, 8 km from the Crimean coast at a depth of 24 km.

The second tremor occurred at 05:27. The earthquake had a magnitude of 3.3. The epicenter was located 13 km from the Crimean coast at a depth of 16 km.

The third earthquake was recorded at 06:14. Its magnitude was 3.8. The epicenter was located 7 km off the Crimean coast at a depth of 25 km.

The fourth tremor occurred at 07:11. Its magnitude reached 3.6. The epicenter was located 13 km from the Crimean coast at a depth of 19 km.

Where was the epicenter?

All four earthquakes occurred in the Black Sea near the Crimean Peninsula.

The monitoring center clarified that, according to the classification, all recorded tremors were classified as perceptible earthquakes.
