A series of explosions rocked the entire peninsula.
On the night of June 22, the temporarily occupied Crimea was once again was subjected to a massive drone attack. A series of explosions rocked Simferopol, Feodosia, Gvardeyskoye, Armyansk, and other parts of the peninsula.
Following the series of explosions in Feodosia and the Rozdolnoye District, power was cut off. This was reported by the monitoring channel “Crimean Wind”.
The attack on the occupied peninsula began around 11:00 p.m.: eyewitnesses reported powerful explosions near the village of Gvardeyskoye and not far from Simferopol. Following this, in some areas—particularly near the Tavricheskaya Power Plant—Russian air defenses launched missiles in an attempt to shoot down targets in the sky.

Around midnight, a powerful explosion rocked the Saki District, where the occupiers’ military airfield is located. Explosions and gunfire from mobile fire teams were heard in Feodosia, and loud explosions were also heard in Armiansk.
Following the explosions, the power went out in Feodosia, and in Armiansk, according to eyewitnesses, a fire broke out. According to preliminary reports, the fire was reported near the train station.
At 2:00 a.m., explosions and gunfire were heard again near the Tavricheskaya Thermal Power Plant.
“Explosions can be heard in Simferopol, and flashes are visible coming from the direction of the Tavricheskaya Thermal Power Plant, according to eyewitnesses,” analysts wrote.
At the same time, as of this writing, there had been no official confirmation of the attack. The occupying authorities are remaining silent about yet another drone strike on Crimea.
