A major fire broke out at the scene.

During a nighttime drone attack on Crimea, a building belonging to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) located in Armiansk was likely targeted.

Explosions were heard in Armiansk last night, and a fire broke out near the train station, eyewitnesses reported overnight. By morning, it became known that the building houses the Russian FSB’s border guard service, according to the OSINT channel “Crimean Wind”.

After explosions rocked the area around the facility, a major fire broke out at the site.

“According to our subscribers, there was a ‘strike’ on a building belonging to the Russian FSB Border Service near the train station in Armiansk, and a fire broke out,” the analysts’ report states.

Analysts examined footage from the scene sent in by eyewitnesses. The analysis showed that the attack could indeed have been directed at a Russian intelligence facility in Armiansk, although there was no official confirmation at the time of publication.

According to the channel, an explosion—possibly of ammunition—occurred at the site after the “arrival.” The smell of burning hangs in the air in the city.

It is worth noting that in May, during a drone attack in Armyansk, explosions were also heard near the FSB building. It was reported that the facility may have been damaged and partially destroyed as a result of the strikes.

In addition to Armyansk, on the night of June 22, drones also attacked Feodosia in Crimea, after which the city’s power went out. Explosions were heard near the Tavricheskaya Thermal Power Plant and in Simferopol.

In addition, early in the morning, Russian authorities reported a a drone attack on Moscow: Mayor Sobyanin reported that dozens of drones had been shot down and that “debris had fallen.”
