The U.S. Suffered Casualties Following An Iranian Attack In Jordan

Two soldiers were killed, and another is missing.

Two U.S. service members were killed and another is missing following rocket fire and attacks by Iranian drones in Jordan on Friday, according to U.S. Central Command (Centcom).

According to Centcom, four U.S. service members were evacuated to hospitals in Jordan but were subsequently discharged. The rest, who sustained minor injuries, have returned to duty.

Earlier, the Jordanian military stated that it had intercepted 10 Iranian missiles fired into its airspace overnight.

On Friday night, the U.S. military carried out a new series of strikes against targets in Iran. According to U.S. Central Command, this was the seventh consecutive night of strikes since U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the ceasefire agreement with Iran was no longer in effect.
