Hopefully the West will train more and more pilots on the F-16s.

Hundreds of F-16s are scheduled to be retired in the next couple of years as new F-35s are bought in NATO and Democratic Eastern countries. Certainly many more F-16s will be available to be given than Russia can build SU-34s.

There are large stockpiles of lethal AIM-120C Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) since the US & NATO are transitioning to the D models.

For ground attack the GBU 39 Small Diameter Bombs (SDB) will be used. The GBU 39 is a 250-pound (110 kg) precision-guided glide bomb which will ensure many bad days ahead for the Russian front lines.

Lastly HARM 88s air to ground missiles lock onto radars of Surface to Air missile systems.
